●自分のRではないのですが

 GT-Rマガジンを担当する直前の愛車は、A32セフィーロ25 Sツーリングでしたが、着任と同時にそれを売却してBNR32(標準)の中古車を購入。その後、BCNR33・Vスペックの新車に乗り換えました。この2台のGT-Rは、編集部所有のBNR32 Vスペック||ともども、012号から024号の間でさまざまな記事で活用しましたので、皆さんのご記憶にあるかと存じます。このあたりのエピソードは機会を改めてご紹介させていただきますが、ひとりのクルマ好きとして、また編集者としてもいい勉強になりましたね。

 さて、写真のBNR34ですが、これは自動車専門誌のザッカーの編集スタッフカーとして活躍中の「Mスペック・ニュル」です。2月に導入してまだ3ヶ月ほどの付き合いですが、やっぱり胸にぐっと来るものがあります! 唯一残念なのは、これはマイカーではなく会社所有車⋯ということです(常々GT-Rオーナーに返り咲きたいと思っているのですが)。
ナンバープレートは、2007年に復活する「新型GT-R」に期待を込めて「20-07」を取得したんですよ!

 私もようやく今年の7月末に念願のBNR34を購入しました。
 車両本体価格に加え、セキュリティやメンテ費用、特にガソリン代は半端な金額じゃありませんが、今では購入して本当によかったと思っています。
