●More of the GT-R Proto

Well the pictures from the previous entry weren't to my usual standard. They were shot miles away with glaring lights pointing straight into my lense and I had no time to do any editing before uploading.

So here are some more.

The side and rear profiles are very nice. It still retains the rear side bulge like the previous GTRs. I just hope that they would re-tweak the front end

AWESOME! I love it. From the looks of it, this GTR will definitely have an EVIL presence on the road! Although some of the crisp lines from the original 2001 GTR Concept have been toned down, the bold and masculine form has been retained--if not improved upon by sleeker lines. Thankfully, the front end is brutely unique, unlike other exotics, which lack distinctiveness. I personally love the headlamp treatment which, on the original GTR Concept, looked much better in person and on video than on the limited press photos we got in the US. Again, all I can say is AWESOME!! Nissan/Infiniti have a winner here!!!!! Can't wait to drive it.!!!

that first side shot looks great. I am a little disappointed with the front though - it lacks presence. It needs a bonnet bulge of some sort (like in the R32). I'd like to see someone do a mock up with the bulge/ creas lines leading up alone the bonnet off the side edges of the badge at the front. Either that or run the twin crease lines off the air intakes in the grill up along the bonnet and into larger collectors/ scoops (where the current ones are, but higher in the centre, tapering down towards the outer edge of the bonnet on the outside crease line)
